With reference to the above, AmBank is pleased to announce the proposed issue by AmBank of up to 80,000,000 European style non-collateralised cash-settled call warrants over ordinary shares of CMSB, to be listed on the Structured Warrants Board of Bursa Malaysia Securities Berhad.

CMSB-C46 is constituted by the Deed Poll dated 22 September 2023 executed by us, as supplemented from time to time. The CMSB-C46 is subject to the terms and conditions of the Base Prospectus dated 29 September 2023, First Supplementary Base Prospectus dated 13 October 2023 and the Term Sheet for the CMSB-C46 dated 26 October 2023.
