Reference is made to the Company’s announcement dated 26 July 2023 in relation to the MOU signed between Pecca Aviation Services Sdn Bhd (“Pecca Aviation”) and Aero Cabin Solutions SAS (“ACS”) (“Announcement”).

Unless otherwise defined, the definitions as set out in the Announcement shall apply therein.

The Company wishes to inform that Pecca Aviation has successfully obtained the first purchase order from ACS for the servicing of one full shipset of Airbus 320 Tourist Class passenger seats in the configuration of 180 passenger seats, to be used for the practical production case study. The purpose of this study is to develop the best practice and process to deliver the leather covers production under the EASA regulations.

The first purchase order is also to align with the practical production case study before proceed to the definitive agreements.
