Reference is made to the announcement made on 31 October 2022 wherein it was announced that the Company has triggered Paragraph 2.1(e) of Practice Note 17 (“PN 17”) of the Main Market Listing Requirements of Bursa Malaysia Securities Berhad (“Bursa Securities”) (“Listing Requirements”) as the auditor of KNM has higlighted a material uncertainty related to going concern on the listed issuer’s ability to continue as a going concern in the Company’s latest audited financial statements for the period ended 30 June 2022 and the shareholders’ equity of KNM on a consolidated basis is less than 50% of its share capital (excluding treasury shares). Accordingly, the Company was classifed as an affected listed issuer under PN 17 of the Listing Requirements.

On behalf of the Company, M&A Securities Sdn Bhd wishes to announce that it had on 30 October 2023 submitted an extension of time application to Bursa Securities of twelve (12) months i.e. up to 30 October 2024 to submit the Company’s Regularisation Plan to the relevant regulatory authorities (“EOT Application”).

The outcome of the application of the said EOT Application will be announced upon the decision received from Bursa Securities.
