With reference to the above, AmBank is pleased to announce the proposed issue by AmBank of up to 80,000,000 European style non-collateralised cash-settled call warrants over ordinary shares of SCOMNET, to be listed on the Structured Warrants Board of Bursa Malaysia Securities Berhad.

SCOMNET-CB is constituted by the Deed Poll dated 22 September 2023 executed by us, as supplemented from time to time. The SCOMNET-CB is subject to the terms and conditions of the Base Prospectus dated 29 September 2023, First Supplementary Base Prospectus dated 13 October 2023 and the Term Sheet for the SCOMNET-CB dated 31 October 2023.
