We wish to announce that KLK-C25 expired at 5.00 p.m. on 31 October 2023 ("Expiry Date"). The Cash Settlement Amount is as follows:
Cash Settlement Amount = Number of KLK-C25 x (Closing Price - Exercise Price) x (1/Exercise Ratio)
= Number of KLK-C25 x (RM22.2503 - RM21.00) x (1/15)
= Number of KLK-C25 x RM0.0833
The Closing Price of RM22.2503 was determined based on the arithmetic mean of daily volume weighted average market price of KLK shares for the 5 market days prior to and including the market day immediately before the Expiry Date.
The Cash Settlement Amount shall be made by way of cheque or such other mode as may be approved by Bursa Malaysia Securities Berhad and determined by us, within 7 market days from the Expiry Date. The cheques will be delivered to holders of KLK-C25 by ordinary post.
