We wish to announce that ARMADA-C80 expired at 5.00 p.m. on 31 October 2023 ("Expiry Date").
The Closing Price of RM0.5550 was determined based on the arithmetic mean of daily volume weighted average market price of ARMADA shares for the 5 market days prior to and including the market day immediately before the Expiry Date.
As the Closing Price is lower than ARMADA-C80's Exercise Price of RM0.65, holders of ARMADA-C80 will not be entitled to receive any payment from us. All outstanding and unexercised ARMADA-C80 will cease to be valid and all of our obligations in respect of the ARMADA-C80 shall terminate absolutely.
