MINHO - Issuance of 109,851,000 warrants on the basis of one (1) warrant for every two (2) subdivided shares after the completion of the proposed share split (Issuance of Free Warrants)

Kindly be advised that MINHO’s 109,851,000 Warrants issued pursuant to the Issuance of Free Warrants will be admitted to the Official List of Bursa Malaysia Securities Berhad ("Bursa Securities") and the listing and quotation of the Warrants on the Main Market under the "Industrial Product" sector on a "Ready" basis pursuant to the Rules of Bursa Securities will be granted with effect from 9.00 a.m., Monday, 8 August 2016.
