The Board of Directors (“the Board”) of MSM Malaysia Holdings Berhad ("MSM") wishes to announce that the Chief Financial Officer (“CFO”) is placed on garden leave with effect from 20 October 2023 until 15 December 2023 or until further notice from the Board. Her temporary leave of absence is necessary to facilitate with an ongoing internal investigation.

MSM will continue its business operations as usual.

Further announcements shall be made in the event of material developments on this matter.
