The Board of Directors of the Company (“Board”) wishes to announced that PGB Iconic Sdn Bhd ("PISB"), a wholly-owned subsidiary of the Company, has today entered into a sale and purchase agreement with Besview Holdings Sdn Bhd for the proposed acquisition of one (1) parcel of freehold land held under HS(D) 135013 PTB 17989 Township of Johor Bahru, District of Johor Bahru, State of Johor measuring approximately 5,297.9012 square meters (approximately 57,028 square feet) for a purchase price of RM16,538,120.00 only.
