Unless otherwise stated, the definitions used in this announcement shall carry the same meaning as those defined in the Prospectus issued by Panda Eco System Berhad dated 8 November 2023.

Applications will be accepted from 10.00 a.m. on 8 November 2023 and will close at 5.00 p.m. on 15 November 2023.

In the event there is any changes to the timetable, we will advertise the notice of changes in a widely circulated English and Bahasa Malaysia daily newspaper in Malaysia, and make an announcement on Bursa Securities' website.
