= Number of PENTA-C32 x (Closing Price - Exercise Price) x (1/Exercise Ratio)

= Number of PENTA-C32 x RM0.0000
The Closing Price of RM 4.8093 is the average volume-weighted average price (VWAP) of the PENTA Shares for the five (5) Market Days prior to and including the Market Day immediately before the Expiry Date.
As the Cash Settlement Amount is equal to or less than zero, we shall not be obliged to make any payment to the relevant holder and PENTA-C32 shall become void and cease to have exercise rights and our obligation in respect of PENTA-C32 shall terminate absolutely.
