We refer to our announcement made on 7 March 2023 in relation to the disposal of the sale shares.

Unless otherwise defined, the definitions set out in the Announcement shall apply herein. 

The Company wishes to inform that it has on 19 November 2023, received a Notice of Termination dated 15 November 2023 from the purchaser, WKJ Capital Equity Sdn Bhd (“WKJ Capital Equity”) to terminate the Share Sale Agreement ("SSA") dated 7 March 2023, entered into between WKJ Capital Equity and the Vendor, Green Packet Berhad for the sale and purchase of the 100% Sale Shares of Oasis Capital Investment Bank Ltd (“OCIB”) due to OCIB have not been able to obtain the required prior approval from Labuan Financial Services Authority (“LFSA”) for the change in OCIB's shareholder within the stipulated timeframe.

The Notice of Termination of the disposal of the sale shares will not have any impact on the Company’s earnings and the net assets or gearing of the Company for the financial year ending 31 March 2024. The parties shall release each other from all obligations under the SSA.
