Following Chew Chuon Ghee's resignation as Director of the Company on 31 October 2023, his shareholding of 2,002,000 warrants representing 3.088% is being reported as indirect interest of Dato' Seri. As a result, Dato' Seri's indirect interest increased to 2,422,000 warrants representing 3.736%. On 17 November 2023, Chew Chuon Ghee disposed all his shareholding of 2,002,000 warrants.
