On behalf of the Board, UOBKH wishes to announce that 152,785,770 Rights Shares issued pursuant to the Rights Issue were listed and quoted on the Main Market of Bursa Malaysia Securities Berhad with effect from 9.00 a.m. on 22 November 2023, marking the completion of the Rights Issue.
