Bonus Issue of 46,817,046 warrants ("Warrants") in PWF Consolidated Bhd. (formerly known as "PW Consolidated Bhd.") ("PWF") on the basis of three (3) Warrants for every ten (10) existing ordinary shares of RM0.50 each in PWF, after the completion of the Share Split held by the shareholders of PWF whose names appear in PWF's Record of Depositors as at 5.00 p.m. on 13 July 2016.
