The Board of Directors of the Company wishes to announce that Nanyang Press Holdings Berhad, a wholly-owned subsidiary of the Company, had entered into a Sale and Purchase Agreement with Teck Sing Lik Enterprise Sdn Bhd to dispose of a property as detailed in the attached announcment, at a total consideration of RM3.5 million, subject to the existing tenancies and other terms as stipulated in the Sale and Purchase Agreement.
Details of the announcement is relation to the proposed disposal is attached herewith.
