Pursuant to Rule 8.25(1)(ii) and Guidance Note 4 of the Listing Requirements, the Board of Directors of XOX Networks wishes to announce the aggregate amount of financial assistance provided by its wholly-owned subsidiary, PC3 Technology Sdn. Bhd. (“PC3”), a money lending company, pursuant to its ordinary course of business as at 30 September 2023 as set out below:
The provision of financial assistance as set out above have no significant impact on the net assets and earnings per share of XOX Networks Group for the period ended 30 September 2023.
The details of the provision of financial assistance pursuant to Rule 8.25(1)(ii) of the Listing Requirements are set out in the attachment.
