We wish to announce that CMSB-C42 expired at 5.00 p.m. on 30 November 2023 ("Expiry Date") and the Cash Settlement Amount shall be calculated as below.
Cash Settlement Amount:
= Number of CMSB-C42 x (Closing Price - Exercise Price) x (1/Exercise Ratio)
= Number of CMSB-C42 x (RM1.1292 - RM1.3500) x (1/3)
= Number of CMSB-C42 x RM0.0000
The Closing Price of RM 1.1292 is the average volume-weighted average price (VWAP) of the CMSB Shares for the five (5) Market Days prior to and including the Market Day immediately before the Expiry Date.
As the Cash Settlement Amount is equal to or less than zero, we shall not be obliged to make any payment to the relevant holder and CMSB-C42 shall become void and cease to have exercise rights and our obligation in respect of CMSB-C42 shall terminate absolutely.
