We refer to the Company’s Announcement dated 26 September 2023 (“First Announcement”) and the subsequent announcements made on the first market day of each subsequent months (“Monthly Announcements”) in relation to the Company being considered as an affected listed issuer under Paragraph 8.03A of the Listing Requirement.

The Company is in the midst of formulating its regularisation plan and there is no major development to-date. The Company will make necessary announcement in regard to any latest development on the above matter.
