We are pleased to announce the proposed issuance by Maybank IB of up to 100,000,000 European style non-collateralised cash settled call warrants over the AAX Shares.

AAX-C23 is constituted by the Deed Poll dated 5 December 2022 executed by us for the Structured Warrants, as supplemented from time to time. AAX-C23 is subject to the terms and conditions of the Base Prospectus dated 8 December 2022, the First Supplementary Base Prospectus dated 25 September 2023 and the Term Sheet dated 4 December 2023.

AAX-C23 is to be listed on the Structured Warrants Board of Bursa Malaysia Securities Berhad. A summary of the principal terms of AAX-C23 is set out in the attachment.
