We are pleased to announce the offering by RHBIB of up to 35,000,000 non-collateralised European-style cash settled call warrants over ordinary shares of MALAKOF by way of market making. The MALAKOFC54 is to be listed on the Structured Warrants Board of Bursa Malaysia Securities Berhad. The MALAKOFC54 is constituted by the Deed Poll dated 11 October 2023. The MALAKOFC54 is subject to the terms and conditions of the Base Prospectus dated 20 October 2023. The salient terms of the MALAKOFC54 are set out in the attachment.
