The Board of Directors of the Company wishes to announce that the appointment of Messrs HLB Ler Lum Chew PLT ("HLB Ler Lum Chew") as the new Auditors in place of the retiring Auditors, Messrs RSM Malaysia PLT, was approved by the shareholders at the Twenty-Sixth Annual General Meeting of the Company held on 8 December 2023.
HLB Ler Lum Chew had given its consent to act as Auditors pursuant to Section 264(5)(6) of the Companies Act 2016.
