Reference is made to the Company’s announcement on 18 September 2023, 11 October 2023, 27 October 2023, 24 November 2023 and 6 December 2023 in relation to the Proposed Scheme (“Earlier Announcements”).
Unless otherwise stated, all defined terms in this announcement shall carry the same meanings as defined in the Earlier Announcements.
On behalf of the Board, AmInvestment Bank wishes to announce that the Company had extracted and subsequently on 11 December 2023, lodged the sealed order in relation to the Scheme with the Companies Commission of Malaysia. As such, the Scheme has taken effect on even date and can now be implemented. |
