Encik Muhammad Noor was previously the Chief Financial Officer of the Motors Division of Sime Darby Berhad from September 2020 to October 2023, responsible for all financial matters and disciplines across the Motors Division, and subsequently appointed as the Deputy Group Chief Financial Officer of Sime Darby Berhad until 12 December 2023 prior to his present position as the Group Chief Financial Officer.

Before joining the Sime Darby Group, Encik Muhammad Noor was the Chief Financial Officer for UEM Edgenta Berhad and the Group Chief Financial Officer for Pos Malaysia Berhad. He also spent nearly 15 years with the Nestle Group in various capacities and roles in several countries.

Encik Muhammad Noor has over 26 years of experience as a finance and business leader with demonstrated exposure in the manufacturing, logistics, e-commerce, package/freight delivery, healthcare, infrastructure solutions and automotive businesses in FMCG, retail, concession and trading industries.
