We are pleased to announce that the NDX-HA have expired at 9:00 a.m. on 18 December 2023 ("Expiry Date"). The Cash Settlement Amount shall be an amount in the Settlement Currency (if greater than zero), calculated as follows:

The Settlement Level has been determined at 16,530.2300, being the final settlement price for the futures contracts over NDX scheduled to expire on 15 December 2023.
As the Settlement Level is greater than the Exercise Level, the Cash Settlement Amount is negative. Warrantholders will not be entitled to receive any payment of the Cash Settlement Amount.
