We refer to our announcement dated 1 September 2023 in relation to the Proposed Change of Company Name.
The Board of Directors of Malaysian Bulk Carriers Berhad ("the Company") wishes to announce that the Company had on 18 December 2023 received the Notice of Registration of New Name issued by the Companies Commission of Malaysia.
Accordingly, the name of the Company has been changed from "Malaysian Bulk Carriers Berhad" to "Maybulk Berhad" with effect from 13 December 2023.
