The Board of Directors of the Company wishes to announce that the Company has on 20 December 2023 received the Notice of Registration of the New Name pursuant to Section 28 of the Companies Act 2016 dated 19 December 2023 issued by the Companies Commission of Malaysia.

Accordingly, the name of the Company has been changed from "CSH ALLIANCE BERHAD" to "VELOCITY CAPITAL PARTNER BERHAD" with effect from 19 December 2023.
