We refer to SIMEPLT's and Maybank Investment Bank Berhad’s announcement dated 27 October 2023 and 1 November 2023 respectively pursuant to the special interim dividend of 5.70 sen per ordinary share in SIMEPLT for financial year ending 31 December 2023 ("Special Dividend").
As the adjustment for the Special Dividend does not amount to more than 2% of the Exercise Price and Entitlement being changed, therefore we will not make any adjustments to the terms and conditions of SIMEPLT-C17. The Exercise Price and Entitlement of SIMEPLT-C17 shall remain the same. |
