We refer to the announcement dated 17 May 2016 in relation to the entitlement date of the Adjustments. On behalf of the Board of Directors of HTVB, Maybank Investment Bank Berhad and Hong Leong Investment Bank Berhad wish to announce that the Adjustments have been finalised in accordance to the Deed Poll following the announcement of final subscription results of the Rights Issue on 17 June 2016. Accordingly, a Warrantholder holding 100 Warrants 2012/2017 and whose name appears in the Record of Depositors for the Warrants 2012/2017 on the Entitlement Date shall be entitled to approximately 80 additional Warrants 2012/2017. However, there will be no adjustment to the exercise price of the outstanding Warrants 2012/2017, which will remain at RM0.69. The Adjustments shall take effect on 20 June 2016 being the next market day following the announcement of final subscription results. The additional Warrants 2012/2017 are expected to be listed and quoted on the Main Market of Bursa Malaysia Securities Berhad on 28 June 2016.
