KULIM -SUSPENSION OF TRADING OF THE ORDINARY SHARES OF RM0.25 EACH IN KULIM (MALAYSIA) BERHAD ("KULIM") AND THE ENTITLEMENT DATE FOR THE SELECTIVE CAPITAL REDUCTION AND REPAYMENT EXERCISE OF KULIM PURSUANT TO SECTION 64 OF THE COMPANIES ACT, 1965 ("PROPOSED SCR")

In order to facilitate the implementation of Proposed SCR, the trading of KULIM shares will be suspended with effect from 9.00 a.m., Monday, 20 June 2016. The suspension will continue until the completion of the same and the subsequent delisting of KULIM from the Official List of Bursa Securities.
