Reference is made to the Company's announcements dated 3 December 2020, 10 December 2020, 16 December 2020, 14 January 2021,18 January 2021, 6 May 2021, 19 May 2021, 11 June 2021, 6 September 2021, 18 November 2021, 21 December 2021, 17 March 2022, 1 June 2022, 5 September 2022, 7 December 2022, 16 February 2023, 28 March 2023, 18 September 2023 and 8 November 2023 in relation to the Judicial Review Application filed by Puncak Niaga Management Services Sdn Bhd ("PNMSSB") to challenge the Notices of Assessment known as Form J which PNMSSB received from the Inland Revenue Board (“IRB”) on 23 November 2020 for the Years of Assessment 2017 and 2018 amounting to RM2,292,182.64 and RM1,988,472.96 respectively (hereinafter referred to as “Notices”).

Puncak wishes to announce to the Exchange that at the case management on 21 December 2023 for the stay application filed by PNMSSB, the Kuala Lumpur High Court directed PNMSSB to attend the next case management fixed on 22 February 2024. The Kuala Lumpur High Court granted an interim stay of the enforcement of Forms J on PNMSSB until the filing and disposal of the stay application before the Kuala Lumpur High Court. In the meantime, no taxes are payable by PNMSSB since the interim stay has been granted by the Kuala Lumpur High Court.
