We refer to the previous announcements dated 5 November 2015, 18 November 2015, 14 December 2015, 22 December 2015, 4 January 2016, 10 February 2016, 5 April 2016, 8 April 2016, 3 May 2016, 9 May 2016 and 2 June 2016 in relation to the SCR. On behalf of the Board, RHB Investment Bank is pleased to announce that the SCR has taken effect following the lodgement of the office copy of the order obtained from the High Court confirming the SCR with the Companies Commission of Malaysia on 9 June 2016. Accordingly, the entitlement date in respect of the SCR will be announced in due course.
