We wish to announce that DNEX-C17 has expired at 5.00 p.m. on 28 December 2023 ("Expiry Date") and the Cash Settlement Amount shall be calculated as follows:
Cash Settlement Amount
= Number of DNEX-C17 x (Closing Price - Exercise Price) x (1/Exercise Ratio)
= Number of DNEX-C17 x (RM0.4020 - RM0.5800) x (1/2)
= Number of DNEX-C17 x RM0.0000
The Closing Price of RM0.4020 was determined based on the average closing price of the DNEX Shares (subject to any adjustment as may be necessary to reflect any capitalisation, rights issue, distribution or others) for the five (5) Market Days prior to and including the Market Day immediately before the Expiry Date.
As the Cash Settlement Amount is less than zero, Holders will not be entitled to receive any payment from us and all outstanding and unexercised DNEX-C17 will cease to be valid and all our obligations in respect to DNEX-C17 shall terminate absolutely.
