We wish to announce that YTL-C57 expired at 5.00 p.m. on 29 December 2023 ("Expiry Date"). The Cash Settlement Amount is as follows:
Cash Settlement Amount = Number of YTL-C57 x (Closing Price - Exercise Price) x (1/Exercise Ratio)
= Number of YTL-C57 x (RM1.8988 - RM0.80) x (1/1)
= Number of YTL-C57 x RM1.0988
The Closing Price of RM1.8988 was determined based on the arithmetic mean of daily volume weighted average market price of YTL shares for the 5 market days prior to and including the market day immediately before the Expiry Date.
The Cash Settlement Amount shall be made by way of cheque or such other mode as may be approved by Bursa Malaysia Securities Berhad and determined by us, within 7 market days from the Expiry Date. The cheques will be delivered to holders of YTL-C57 by ordinary post.
