The Board of Directors (the “Board”) of Aurelius Technologies Berhad (“ATech” or the “Company”) wishes to announce that its wholly owned subsidiary BCM Electronics Corporation Sdn Bhd had on 3 January 2024 signed the acceptance of the letter of offer from Northern Technocity Sdn Bhd (“NTCSB” or the “Vendor”) for the purchase of a vacant industrial land with a net land area measuring approximately 270,034 sq. ft., located at NTCSB’s industrial development within Kulim High-Tech Park held under HS(D) 83933, PT 5938 Seksyen 39, Bandar Kulim, District of Kulim, Kedah, for a total cash consideration of Ringgit Malaysia Twelve Million One Hundred Fifty One Thousand Five Hundred and Thirty (RM12,151,530.00) (hereinafter referred to as “Proposed Acquisition”).
