Further to the Company’s monthly announcement dated 3 May 2016 on the status of the Company’s regularisation plan pursuant to PN17 of the Main Market Listing Requirements of Bursa Securities, the Board of Directors of Haisan wishes to inform that on 4 May 2016, Hai San & Sons Sdn Bhd and Hai San Holdings Sdn Bhd, both wholly-owned subsidiaries of Haisan (“Vendors”) and Nadi Nikmat Sdn Bhd (“Purchaser”) had mutually agreed to extend the deadline for the Vendors to fulfil the condition precedents as stated in the sale and purchase agreement for the proposed disposal of Port Klang Properties by two (2) months from the expiry of the Conditional Period.

The Company will announce further developments on the above matter as and when necessary.
