(For consistency, the abbreviations and definitions used throughout this announcement shall have the same meaning as those previously defined in the announcement dated 23 December 2022 in relation to the Variation of Utilisation of Listing Proceeds and the announcement dated 7 July 2023 in relation to the First Extension of Time for Utilisation of Listing Proceeds (collectively referred to as the “Announcements”). Unless otherwise stated, all abbreviations used herein shall have the same meaning as defined in the Announcements).

Having noted additional time required for further fine-tuning by the vendor after the installation of the Biomass System, the Company has on 5 January 2024 resolved to further extend the utilisation timeframe for the balance of the Listing Proceeds of approximately RM0.895 million (“Unutilised Proceeds”) for another period of 6 months, I.e., from 7 July 2023 to 6 January 2024 in the manner as set out in the attachment.
