We refer to our announcement dated 9 January 2024 on BPLANT-CI. In accordance with Second Schedule of the Deed Poll dated 5 December 2022, all unexercised BPLANT-CI will be exercised and cancelled prior to its expiry date according to the schedule stipulated here.

The Settlement Price of the Cash Settlement Amount shall be the lower of the offer price or the last quoted price of shares of Boustead Plantations Berhad on the market day immediately prior to its suspension.

The warrantholders of BPLANT-CI will be entitled to Cash Settlement Amount (if positive), calculated as follows:
Cash Settlement Amount = Exercise Amount	x 1/Entitlement x (Settlement Price -  Exercise Price) -	Exercise Expenses

Cash Settlement Amount = Exercise Amount	x 1/3 x (Settlement Price -  RM1.05) - Exercise Expenses
