Further to the Company’s announcement made on 10 January 2024 relating to the change of its financial year end from 31 December 2023 to 30 June 2024.

The Board of Directors of EVD wishes to announce that the Company had on 12 January 2024 submitted an application to Companies Commission of Malaysia (“CCM”) to seek approval from the CCM for an extension of time up to 31 December 2024 to hold its 2024 Annual General Meeting (“AGM”) pursuant to Section 340 of the Companies Act, 2016 (“the Application”).

Further announcement in relation to the outcome of the Application will be announced in due course.
