We refer to the previous announcements dated 5 November 2015, 18 November 2015, 14 December 2015, 22 December 2015, 4 January 2016, 10 February 2016, 5 April 2016, 8 April 2016 and 3 May 2016 in relation to the Proposed SCR. On behalf of the Board, RHB Investment Bank wishes to announce that the Company had on 5 May 2016 filed the petition to the High Court of Malaya at Kuala Lumpur (“High Court”) to obtain an order of the High Court to confirm the Proposed SCR pursuant to Section 64 of the Companies Act, 1965.
