Unless otherwise stated, the terms used herein have the same meaning as those defined in the announcements made on 10 December 2014 and 10 February 2016. We refer to the announcements dated 10 December 2014 and 1 June 2015, 11 November 2015 and 10 February 2016 in relation to the Proposed Acquisition. The Board wishes to announce that the Parties had mutually agree to extend the CP period for another six (6) months from 6 May 2016 to 6 November 2016. Save for the above, all other terms, conditions and provisions of the CSSPA and SA remain unchanged. This announcement is dated 6 May 2016. |
