Further to the Company’s monthly announcement dated 1 April 2016 on the status of the Company’s regularisation plan pursuant to PN17 of the Main Market Listing Requirements of Bursa Securities, the Board of Directors of Haisan wishes to inform that the Ordinary Resolutions to the Proposed Disposal and Proposed Tenancy as set out in Haisan’s Notice of Extraordinary General Meeting ("EGM") dated 30 March 2016 were duly passed at the EGM on 15 April 2016.

The Board of Directors of Haisan also wishes to inform that Bursa Securities has, vide its letter dated 27 April 2016, granted the Company an extension of time up to 24 August 2016 for Haisan to implement its Regularisation Plan.

The Company will announce further developments on the above matter as and when necessary.
