= Number of BPLANT-CJ exercised x (1/Exercise Ratio) x (Closing Price - Exercise Price)
= Number of BPLANT-CJ exercised x (1/3) x (RM1.5500 - RM1.0800)
= Number of BPLANT-CJ exercised x RM0.1567
The Closing Price of RM1.5500 is the announced price for the unconditional mandatory take-over offer of BPLANT. The BPLANT-CJ is deemed to have been automatically exercised on the Expiry Date.
The Cash Settlement Amount will be delivered to the warrantholders by ordinary post within seven (7) market days from the Expiry Date.
