The Board of Directors of the Company (“the Board”) wishes to announce that the Board had approved the establishment of the Sustainability Committee with immediate effect.

The composition of the Sustainability Committee is as follows:
1. Dato' Thanarajasingam Subramaniam (Chairman, Senior Independent Non-Executive Director)
2. Ms. Ong Yee Ching (Member, Non-Independent Non-Executive Director)
3. Mr. Ong Ju Yan (Member, Group Managing Director)
4. Mr. Ong Ju Xing (Member, Deputy Group Managing Director)
