We are pleased to announce the offering by RHBIB of up to 35,000,000 non-collateralised European-style cash settled call warrants over ordinary shares of INARI by way of market making. The INARI-C2H is to be listed on the Structured Warrants Board of Bursa Malaysia Securities Berhad. The INARI-C2H is constituted by the Deed Poll dated 11 October 2023. The INARI-C2H is subject to the terms and conditions of the Base Prospectus dated 20 October 2023 and First Supplementary Base Prospectus dated 19 December 2023. The salient terms of the INARI-C2H are set out in the attachment.
