Reference is made to the Company’s announcements dated 26 July 2023 and 26 October 2023 in relation to the MOU signed between Pecca Aviation Services Sdn Bhd (“Pecca Aviation”) and Aero Cabin Solutions SAS (“ACS”) (“Announcements”).

Unless otherwise defined, the definitions as set out in the Announcements shall apply therein.

The Company wishes to inform that currently, the first purchase order from ACS is in the progress, with material testing and production as scheduled. The objective of this purchase order is to provide a practical production case study to develop best practices and processes for leather covers production that meet EASA regulations, before proceeding to definitive agreements with ACS.
