Malaysian Resources Corporation Berhad wishes to inform that the Company had on 15 December 2023 signed a Teaming Agreement with Berjaya Rail Sdn Bhd, a subsidiary of Berjaya Land Berhad, to be a part of the Berjaya HSR Consortium (“the Consortium”) for the purpose of submitting a non-binding conceptual proposal to MyHSR Corporation Sdn Bhd pursuant to the Request for Information Conceptual Proposal for Kuala Lumpur – Singapore High Speed Rail Project (“Project”). The parties will enter into a definitive agreement in the event the Consortium is successful in securing the Project.

The Company will make appropriate and timely announcements to Bursa Malaysia Securities Berhad (“Bursa Securities”), in accordance with Bursa Securities’ Corporate Disclosure Policies, in the event of any material developments pertaining to the Project.
