We wish to announce that GAMUDA-C1U expired at 5.00 p.m. on 31 January 2024 ("Expiry Date"). The Cash Settlement Amount is as follows:
Cash Settlement Amount = Number of GAMUDA-C1U x (Closing Price - Exercise Price) x (1/Exercise Ratio)
= Number of GAMUDA-C1U x (RM4.9859 - RM4.50) x (1/3)
= Number of GAMUDA-C1U x RM0.1619
The Closing Price of RM4.9859 was determined based on the arithmetic mean of daily volume weighted average market price of GAMUDA shares for the 5 market days prior to and including the market day immediately before the Expiry Date.
The Cash Settlement Amount shall be made by way of cheque or such other mode as may be approved by Bursa Malaysia Securities Berhad and determined by us, within 7 market days from the Expiry Date. The cheques will be delivered to holders of GAMUDA-C1U by ordinary post.
