We refer to the announcements made by MSM Malaysia Holdings Berhad ("MSM") on 3 November 2023, 8 December 2023 and 15 January 2024.
The Board of Directors (“the Board”) of MSM wishes to announce that the garden leave of the Chief Financial Officer (“CFO”) of MSM has been lifted. The CFO shall resume her duties as the CFO effective from 1 February 2024.
MSM will continue its business operations as usual.
