We refer to our announcement dated 9 January 2024 in relation to the Letter of Acceptance issued by Malaysia Rapid Transit System Sdn Bhd (“MRTS”) for the provision of work related to Package 8: Construction and Completion of Bukit Chagar Station’s Façade for the Rapid Transit System Link Johor Bahru – Singapore Project  (“Project”).

The Board of Directors (“Board”) of Rohas Tecnic Berhad (“Rohas” or “Company”)  is pleased to announce that a Joint Venture Agreement (“JVA”) has been entered on 2 February 2024 between Rohas-Euco Industries Bhd (“REI”), a wholly-owned subsidiary of the Company, and Sediabena Builders Sdn Bhd (“SBSB”) for the incorporation of a joint venture company, Rohas Sediabena Builders Consortium Sdn Bhd (Company Registration No. 202401004256 (1550106-K)) (“JV Company”), for the purpose of fulfilling the role of contractor for and to undertake the construction, completion and delivery of the Project (“Joint Venture”).
